For events, as soon as you have a date — popular weekends go fast. For content partnerships and campaigns, 2–4 weeks lead time lets us do the strategy work properly. Got something urgent? Ask anyway; we’ve pulled off some very quick turnarounds.

Constantly. We’re based in Newcastle, NSW but shoot all over Australia and internationally — travel is honestly one of our favourite parts of the job. Travel costs are quoted up front, no surprises.

It depends on the service and scope, which is why the form asks a few questions first. As a guide: photography from $500, one-off video projects from $1,000, and most ongoing content partnerships land between $3,000–$6,000 a month. You’ll always get a fixed quote before anything is booked.

Event highlight reels typically land within a week. Short-form batches and podcast episodes run on an agreed delivery calendar — usually 1–2 weeks from filming. We’ll commit to dates in the proposal.

You do. Full usage rights to every deliverable, and we archive your raw footage so future edits don’t need a reshoot.
